SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days to be processed. Shipping times do not take into consideration this processing time. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, and do not ship the same day your order is made. Please always check your confirmation email and make sure your order and shipping information is correct because once your order is processed, we can no longer make any changes to your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. To avoid returns / exchanges due to color matching, please visit our swatch store by clicking here

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your Fancies!

United States
2 to 5 business days – Duties & taxes are included in the price
* This includes hair extension and swatch orders.

Canada
2 to 5 business days – Duties & taxes are included in the price
* This includes hair extension orders only. Please allow 3-10 business days for swatch orders.

International
6 to 20 business days – Duties & taxes are NOT included in the price and are charged by the destination country
* This includes hair extension and swatch orders.

NOTE: Fancy Hair is not responsible for delayed delivery due to customs clearance or courier delays. If you have a question regarding your tracking status, please call your courier's customer support line before contacting us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email to the email you provide us in the order submission form within 24 hours of placing your order. This email confirms your order has been received and is being prepared for processing.

You will receive another confirmation email 1-2 business days after placing your order confirming that your order has shipped. This email will contain all your shipping information, such as courier and tracking number (if applicable) so you may track your order. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If you placed an order for an item that is "out of stock," you will be placed on our pre-order list. This means that you are guaranteed a reservation on the item you ordered and you will be one of the first to receive the item once it is restocked. You will also automatically be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped out. Usually, out of stock items are restocked within 1-3 weeks, but popular colors sell out fast and we cannot guarantee their availability or put items on hold if you are not on our pre-order list. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
